Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving physical goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must use the Withdrawal Form available on marsketcher.com.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Digital content (video tutorials) for which delivery has begun with the Customer's express consent and acknowledgment that their right of withdrawal is lost.

• Goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (custom commissions).

In the event of a valid withdrawal, physical products must be returned to the following address within 14 days of notification:

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the same payment method used for the original order.
