Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Postcard Club subscription at any time directly from your customer account on our website. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive your monthly envelope until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No refunds are issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.

To cancel, log in to your account at marsketcher.com, go to your subscriptions, and select "Cancel subscription." If you experience any issues, contact us at marsketcher@gmail.com and we will handle it manually within 3 business days.

Under EU consumer law, subscribers also have the right to withdraw from their subscription within 14 days of their first order. To exercise this right, please use the Withdrawal Form available on our website.

 

Politique d'annulation des abonnements

Vous pouvez annuler votre abonnement au Postcard Club à tout moment depuis votre espace client sur notre site. L'annulation prend effet à la fin de la période de facturation en cours — vous continuerez à recevoir votre enveloppe mensuelle jusqu'à la fin de la période déjà réglée.

Aucun remboursement n'est effectué pour la période de facturation en cours une fois le paiement traité.

Pour annuler, connectez-vous à votre compte sur marsketcher.com, accédez à vos abonnements et sélectionnez « Annuler l'abonnement ». En cas de difficulté, contactez-nous à marsketcher@gmail.com et nous traiterons votre demande manuellement dans les 3 jours ouvrés.

Conformément au droit de la consommation européen, les abonnés disposent également d'un droit de rétractation de 14 jours à compter de leur première commande. Pour l'exercer, veuillez utiliser le formulaire de rétractation disponible sur notre site.
