Shipping policy

Physical products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are estimated and vary by destination:

• France and Europe: 5 to 15 business days

• Rest of world: 10 to 30 business days

Marsketcher cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure events. For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery; these costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Postcard Club shipments are sent without tracking. In the event of non-receipt after 45 days, the Customer is invited to contact Marsketcher at marsketcher@gmail.com.
