One of my favourite drawings ever.
Crown shyness is the phenomenon where the tops of trees grow very close to each other but stop just short of touching, and it leaves these gaps in the canopy that look like giant veins in the sky. Looks sooo cool.
Painted on location and printed directly from my sketchbook on museum-grade archival paper, in off-white and uncoated:
- Weight: matte 250 gsm (110 lb)
